Got it. My original comment came from a user to user blocking perspective. If I allow users to message each other, I will definitely need a block feature whereby some one could not message me.

Hi. Have you found an answer to this? I would like to allow users to send messages to Friends only.
You can leave or mute messenger talks now, which would silence specific sender. A system wide user blocking is planned.
