I can confirm it's the Russian language pack. With that uninstalled, this is fixed. Also, I was having trouble saving the "skills" Persons field with the Russian language pack installed.

  Yes, I replied here at first. I thought I resolved the problem. But, I did not so I started a new discussion. If you activate the "Skills" field within profiles (within the Persons app) it causes the labels within the profile Info box to become what I think are language keys.
