Hello @Billy !
Could you please specify that part: "I was having trouble saving the "skills" Persons field with the Russian language pack installed". What troubles did you get?
PS It seems this question has been raised here "https://unacms.com/d/labels-and-skills", correct?

  Yes, I replied here at first. I thought I resolved the problem. But, I did not so I started a new discussion. If you activate the "Skills" field within profiles (within the Persons app) it causes the labels within the profile Info box to become what I think are language keys.
