Alex T: Thanks for reply. The site is back up today, so maybe it had to do with cron job? But it doesn't look like una 13. It looks like 12.
It was problem with the license, it was registered to incorrect domain, I've fixed it and paid modules update went fine.

I had to delete my test site and am starting over. I hated to do that but I could not get into Studio due to the 500 error.
