No offense man...but I didn't spend a $100 on a template to not have it function right and have to switch to the other one...

It makes absolutely no sense to have to tell all my users to switch to another template, in order to get the problem fixed...it just makes me look bad because you guys don't want to put out a quick patch to fix it...

This, "well we'll get it fixed", on your own time stuff doesn't sit well when people have paid for a product.

I know I'm not a big paying client but I could be in the future if you guys would just take the time to implement smaller patches to fix issues that have been created by your new updates.

You can't just implement something and break someone's site and then just expect them to just sit and wait on you while their site gets used less and less because of your actions.

If you're going to be successful at this...You have to listen to those who are trying to help you build it...

By just giving me the answer of "just change templates" would set me on a course to start looking for someone else to work with...

Like I said...

I know I'm not a big client but you shouldn't disregard the little guys.
