I see what you are asking now. Check the storage folder permissions to make sure your user has rights to it. Also, did you make sure you setup the files module correctly
Everything is fine with the rights, as well as inside the site. The same works on the other server. I use shared hosting and have not changed the hosting settings, they are just different.
