I wonder if developers can avoid the 30% Apple fee by using outside links since Apple wouldn't be able to track payments made outside the app. 🤔. I'm not an Apple user so I assume Apple takes their cut straight from their payment system. If we can pinpoint how Apple tracks payments to take their 30% fee cut that would help developers decide if outside links is better than other payments systems in the app. I wouldn't be surprised if Apple tries to implement some type of payment tracer in the apps. Hopefully we get better clarity in the future.

it just means apple cant block our users useing what they like but im sure apple would have a case if they could prove we where going out our way to not pay not sure though.

does not mean we cant use fortnits tactics by giving the same for like $1 less that's why apple filed this suit giving the same to avoid the tax leave the math/maths up to the users :-)
