Is your cron job setup correctly? I recall an issue with your cron job in some previous posts prior to the re-install. Go into Studio > Dashboard > Click the down arrow next to Host Tools and choose Server Audit..Scroll down to the Site Setup area and see if your cron job is listed there and when the last time it executed "Last cron jobs execution ". 

Hey Chris, sorry for delay, something came bro. I had asked hosting to upgrade my server and they finished setting up crons, so i now i will proceed to build.
