the problem is that I don't have still organization of website and the way the data are recorded let say in file system , so I cannot think where I can start to think a way to at least export it through filezilla or phpmyadmin, in case a client might have an issue. without such function, this software gets problem regarding gdpr, ... because users should have right to access and retrieve their data.
