  You need to add two css rules:
  .bx-menu-object-sys_add_content li .bx-menu-floating-blocks-icon {vertical-align: middle}
  .bx-menu-object-sys_add_content li .bx-menu-floating-blocks-icon img {background-size: 100% 100%;}
