Based upon things I have read, you can, however I do not know if you can install such via an iframe into a profile. You might however use a designated custom page, with a raw html block to installs such into. Or if that does not work, then in the custom page settings, use the footer injection section which I believe I have used java script in, in the past. At the moment I do not recall if the raw html block allows such things as java.
