I'll have to start reading the 'Docs' to understand why I'm not able to see "You can change your current profile to this profile" when I visit a member's profile and I believe i've in admin status. Instead, refer to the image I've attached, it look very different. Anyhow, thanks for everyone's help.

  Try to set members profile to standard and see if you can switch to his profile as admin...click on that link that says " set membership"

  Thanks for the reply. I checked, it's been already been set to: standard. Still not luck. Maybe I didn't give myself all the admin privileges? Anyhow, I best be going over the Docs, page by page. Thanks everyone.
