Hi

I installed UNACMS via my cPanel's Softaculous. The version installed was = 13.1.0. I then immediately went and made sure there was NO check-mark [ ] for:

Enable auto-update

and

Force auto-update, even if some files were modified

However, shortly thereafter, I got an automatic email to my identified admin email address with this message:

Site was successfully upgraded to 14.0.0-A1.

Please go to Studio > Apps Market > Updates to check for modules updates.

-end

When I go to my Dashboard, I see:

UNA on (name of my website here)

Version: 14.0.0-A1 Installed: 14 hours ago

UNA 14.0.0-B1 is available!

-end

The only thing I did after checking that Enable auto-update and Force auto-update, even if some files were modified were not turned-on was to download and install some free Apps, namely: Accounts, Conversation, and Notification

Is there a way of going back to v 13.1.0 automatically? Is this a bug?

I hope UNACMS will create a dating app.

I'm not a programmer. Can someone write some guidelines, re: if I wish to instruct AI to create simple Apps or modify existing Apps (if allowed) for UNACMS. Moreover, which AI program is suggested. I've asked ChatGPT to create a simple plugin for Wordpress and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I asked it to create a footer section that will allow you to place a backlink in the footer section.

I chose my Safari web browser to finish the necessary installation steps of: 14.0.0-A3. When it was time to enter my admin email I accidently entered an email WITHOUT the dot in my email address and it was accepted. I was allow to continue the installation.

I then went on my Firefox web browser (I have a habit of using two different web browsers) and attempted to login as the admin. I was successful. I reentered my email and password numerous times, no luck in gaining access.

Luckily, I kept my Safari web browser open and I was still inside my admin section. I navigated to: Settings / Site Settings and saw my error, I had forgotten the dot in my admin's email address. I fixed it. I kept my Safari web browser, to play it safe, and then I went to my Firefox web browser and proceeded to login to my site as admin, I was successful.

Please correct this, don't allow the installation to accept an incorrect entered email address. I don't recall installation asking me to enter my admin's email twice to verify my email. Having to enter the admin email twice correctly, will prevent this issue from happening.

During installation, I chose clicked the Audit link. Everything had OK but two items. My 2nd issue was:

Web-server: Apache

  • rewrite_module - UNDEFINED

I really don't know what the above means. If it's something I should be concerned about and I were to ask my web hosting company to address the above or attempt to address it myself, is there a link with instructions to address the above? If i can't address it myself, I can reference the instructions on how to address it when I contact my web host's support.

p.s. my hosting plan is on a Linux system.

Thanks!

During installation, I chose clicked the Audit link. Everything had OK but two items. One was:

PHP:

  • PHP accelerator = - WARNING (The script can be much faster if you install some PHP accelerator)

My web hosting's support is looking into the above install. Are there instructions, maybe a link, that I can refer to myself or forward to my web host's support to help with installing: PHP accelerator?

p.s. my web server is on Linux.

Thanks!

I'm a novice user, re: hosting my own UNACMS site, etc. Being a novice, I have made the error, in the past, of clicking, "Download UNA Core" thinking this is the 'code' I need to run my own UNACMS site. After installing and testing it, I found bugs. Upon correspondence with members and developers here, I realize I was hosting an alpha version - it did not occur to me the A, from e.g. 14.0.0-A3, meant Alpha (a testing version). I had to Google 'software alpha') to get its definition.

When someone clicks: Download UNA Core, I suggest it brings you to a download page with a choice of latest stable version and the latest alpha version with an explanation of each so a novice user would be clear as to which version to download.

p.s. I'm a novice and pushing myself not to hesitate to ask questions a novice would ask.

I am running UNA 13.1, Spacenook. The footer section of the homepage of Spacenook has this: Spacenook is a demo app built with UNA Platform, which you can use to create your own online community. I am able to find "Spacenook" in Polygot / Keys but I'm not able to find the rest of the line: is a demo app built with UNA Platform, which you can use to create your own online community.

How do I find the rest of the above sentence? I've entered various keywords from the above sentence in the Search box in Polygot's Keys section but no luck.

My site is running: 14.0.0-A2. Settings -> Permalinks and have enabled SEO links has been set.

Problem: after posting my first discussion on my site, titled, testing, the url displayed properly. The url is: https://website.com/view-discussion/testing

Since my first post in Discussion, other users have posted in Discussions. However, their posts' url doesn't display properly, for example instead of having the name of their title displayed in the url, it shows:

https://website.com/view-discussion/1kmhzxo

It should appear as: https://website.com/view-discussion/Name-of-title-here

and when I turn off: enable SEO links, it resorts back to:

https://website.com/page/view-discussion?id=2

and when I turn on: enable SEO links, it resorts back to:

https://website.com/view-discussion/1kmhzxo

However, when enable SEO links is on, my first post, titled: testing, appears correctly, it shows:

https://website.com/view-discussion/testing

but all the new Discussion's url shows incorrectly.

How can I fix this?

installed UNACMA via cPanel's Softaculous, version = 13.1.0, turned off: Enable auto-update, etc. but it automatically upgraded to: 14.0.0-A1
please consider creating a dating app
During installation I enter my admin email without the dot in my email address and it was accepted, I was allow to continue the installation. Please fix this, enter e-mail x2.
during Audit of my installation, I got: Web-server: Apache rewrite_module - UNDEFINED . Do I need to address this?
Is there a link, re: instructions to add: PHP accelerator , PHP accelerator = - WARNING (The script can be much faster if you install some PHP accelerator)
Download UNA Core = 14.0.0-A3, why is not the latest stable: v.13.1.0
