Try to set members profile to standard and see if you can switch to his profile as admin...click on that link that says " set membership"

Thanks for the reply. I checked, it's been already been set to: standard. Still not luck. Maybe I didn't give myself all the admin privileges? Anyhow, I best be going over the Docs, page by page. Thanks everyone.
