The same situation when making a payment to Una.
09/03/2020 - We paid the annual payment manually (12$), today it was done automatically (+12$=24$). The premium membershipship did not extend for one year.-

Could you please describe the situation in more detailes. What do you mean with paid 'annual payment manually'? The payment can be charged 'automatically' if you've subscribed. In this case you don't need to pay manually every year, because payment will be charged automatically via subscription.
