Comment to 'How do I log in again after disabling login form'
  • Hi thomlin,

    Thank you for your answer:

    >>> … With your admin account you should be able to login to your studio page using [yourdomain]/studio.

I already tried this before starting this discussion but late at night I could not get it to work and now in the morning I will describe what I have done and why I could not get it to work.

When using the following sequence, it is NOT possible to log in to your studio page using [yourdomain]/studio:

    1. In Google Chrome I entered "[yourdomain]/studio", which leads to the following login screenimage_transcoder.php?o=sys_images_editor&h=1071&dpx=1&t=1676886392
    2. To force an expected error I intentionally entered in "email" the "Admin user name" and NOT the "Admin e-mail" and in "password" I entered the "Admin password" and all these values have been earlier entered during the installation of UNA, then I clicked "Enter", which leads to the following expected screenimage_transcoder.php?o=sys_images_editor&h=1073&dpx=1&t=1676886555
    3. Then I clicked Google Chrome's "go back" button to go back to "[yourdomain]/studio", then in "email" I entered the "Admin e-mail" and in "password" I entered the "Admin password", then I clicked "Enter", which leads again to the same NOT expected screen shown in step 2, so by using this sequence you are completely locked out!

The solution for not being locked out is NOT using Google Chrome's "go back" button in this sequence, but starting the sequence in a newly opened Google Chrome browser window by entering "[yourdomain]/studio" in it and then in "email" enter the "Admin e-mail" (as already indicated by "email" in this login dialog) which SUCCESSFULLY logs you into UNA Studio.

    Wish to the developers, however:

It would be desirable if Google Chrome's "go back" button would also work in this case, if possible.
