Paying $10/month for something and not getting responses in a timely fashion I get.  When you move to $100/month+ I would hope to have a ticket system and/or responses sooner then going on 24 hours.  
I am starting to get responses.  Of course, I just stood up new servers elsewhere.  I love the idea of what UNA is but - no management or support process is scary.
