Server Processing on Restart
Guys - I made DNS changes yesterday to move the server from bns.una.io to my full domain we want to use in production - I am confident the DNS changes were correct (but heh you never know) - but when I saved it - Processing began and I haven't seen the server come back since 10pm last night (now ~18 hours).
Could really use some help.

Hi Shane - DNS propagation commonly takes 24-48hrs. If you've done everything correctly I wouldn't panic until that time has passed.

Paying $10/month for something and not getting responses in a timely fashion I get. When you move to $100/month+ I would hope to have a ticket system and/or responses sooner then going on 24 hours.
I am starting to get responses. Of course, I just stood up new servers elsewhere. I love the idea of what UNA is but - no management or support process is scary. -
Server has been unavailable via IP, the UNA subdomain, and my domain name for 20 hours now. I can wait for DNS just fine. But it has all appearances of just being down.

No support ticket, no responses to emails, or comments back till 21 hours into the problem. If I was live it would be a disaster.

Did you set your new domain name in Una configuration?
Can you ping to your new domainname and seeing the IP of your Una server?

The most common problem when assigning own domain is that subdomain for the chat is not created. Please check if chat.yourdomain.com is pointing to the same IP like main yourdomain.com domain.
One more thing, to trigger site setup/resetup you need to change domain name, so in some cases you need to switch back to .una.io domain and then back to your real domain, also you can switch between yourdomain.com and www.yourdomain.com to trigger site resetup as well.

Updated my chat. to point to @ - (re to the same IP). I'll give it 30 minutes and check in.
I can't change the domain right now to trigger anything since I have no 'reset' capability or edit with it down and in process.
