Can't apply upgrade because too many files(2569%) were modified
Update from 13b4 to RC1 NOT POSSIBLE, UNA Cloud Hosted. Please see attached image.
I did not modify any files by myself.....

Could you please provide access to Studio to check this problem via private message, also can we update your site manually ?

The problem with "too many files were modified" during update was that some incorrectly packed module damaged system files checksums. I've reset files hashed and update worked just fine.
Usually this situation shouldn't happen, but just in case you need to regenerate hashed it can be done by opening the following URLs:
https://example.com/m/developer/reset_hash/system - for system hashes
https://example.com/m/developer/reset_hash/modules - for all modules hashes

Sad to say: It is not the first time of having problems with incorrectly packed modules.
It would be great to have an UNA cloud SITE running, where ''ALL'' modules, especially third party modules are installed and tested, before they enter the market.
