"checkout with credits isn't available right now"

I don't want to use credits. I disabled the credits app and uninstalled it. Why is it saying this? "checkout with credits isn't available right now" 

Also, I need to remove the check out with credits button in shopping cart. It seems like when the method of check out isn't available, it tries to revert back to the previous available payment option even though I uninstalled it.
