14.0.0 - Event module does not update correctly

UNA 14.0.0 - cloud hosted by UNA

I tried to install the event module from ../studio/apps/downloaded and got the following message:

image_transcoder.php?o=sys_images_editor&h=2639&dpx=2&t=1744548756

Any ideas @LeonidS ?
