Ability to set the maximum number of labels

Hello UNA Team,

Please add the ability to set the maximum number of labels on the Persons and Organizations profiles. e.g. Max: 5 Labels. Users souldn't be able to add more than that on their profiles. Same with other modules: discussions, groups, posts etc. e.g. Max: 20 Labels or 30 Labels. Otherwise things get spammy (keyword stuffing).
