In Studio > Accounts > Manage

The error below appears whenever I click on the Manage option.
Fatal error: Duplicate action - name:delete any entry, module:bx_accounts in /pathto/server/public_html/inc/classes/BxDolAcl.php on line 695

Not all apps are updated but they do not show that I have any updates pending. How to force update.

You need to check the Studio->Apps Market->Updates area. There you will see all left updates of all installed modules.
