Adding new blocks to a page- please make default set to inactive first
Hi- here's a suggestion. When we add new blocks in PAGES APP, it's always active and on top at first. Can the new block be inactive, until we make changes to it, and then turn it on to active?

Hello think you need make custom changes in database or in files* parameters.

In our variant, a new block will be more "noticeable" and it would be a little easier for the admin to start to edit this block instantly.

Sorry, but I described why the way with the "instantly active new block" has been choosen.

Ah, I understand now. The problem with this method is that when we place the block on a particular page, it takes up the whole screen and is available to be seen by the whole community. Not nice if we're wanting a block for admin view only. Maybe keep the active level, but have it set visibility to admin-only until we can change the settings?

You may limit the page's visibility before adding the new block(s).
