After deleting a profile, people can't create a new one.
the create profile button goes to "page/account-profile-switcher" and then the create profile page is not allowed to create a profile

It looks like it's happening when the admin deletes the person's profile from studio.

Ok I see, I set a max profile limit per account.

I am having similar issues, however it is a newly created email-confirmed account and it had not been deleted.
The new member had exited from the initial prompt to create a profile, and on logging back in, is directed to the account-profile-switcher.
In an attempt to resolve this, I considered changing the respective language key string for this to see if that would resolve the issue but I have gotten myself lost in the process of figuring out where the "{0}" in the string is taken from.
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Quick follow up note to say I have now resolved this by changing the account-profile-switcher page Visibility to include Account
