After Update to UNA 13.0 RC2 the 2FA Authentication Crashes
Update to Una 13.0 RC2 activated 2FA and site crashes when the phone number is submitted on the second page /login-step2. I tried to implement this fix https://github.com/unaio/una/issues/4046 but this did not correct my problem. in addition I cleared the cache via ftp as well..

UPDATE: If you run across this problem after you Update to 13.0 RC2 update your Twilio information in settings-twilio in dashboard and it should start working.
If by chance you get Locked out of your studio dashboard in cpanel in phpadmin look for database table "sys_options" and filter fields for "2fa" or look for "sys_account_activation_2fa_enable" and in the "value" field clear the "on" entry in the "value" field an leave it blank. this will turn off 2FA so you can update the information..
