Ajaxy?

I'm wondering why pages that had numerous options, say profile, or groups, where they all have their own context with the same header, can we enable ajax switching? I see options in menu for ajax enable, but it does nothing.

Example.

Profile of John.

John context menu has posts, groups, timeline, videos, .....

Selecting one reloads page same header, same page top (profile top) and the same context menu. It would be incredibly faster on mobile to just switch the context part through ajax?

Can this be done native?
