Artificer Menu "Profile Navigation" is not active, must click to activate

Where there are lot's of "Profiles" (People/Organizations) are associated with an account, you can not automatically "scroll" to the profile you would like to "switch" to, you must first mouse click to activate the area.

        What browser (name, version) do you use?

        I cannot reproduce the problem on the latest Chrome under Windows. I have the following immediately after the Account Sidebar was opened.

          I am using MAC OS 12 and 13 with Safari. Just tested on Windows with Edge and see the same problem.

          If you start trying to scroll from down the list the scroll does not work, if you start on the first item the scroll works.

            I've tried to test in Edge on Windows and cannot see the problem. Scroll is there by default.

            May be you have some special CSS styles which hide scroll bars.
