Cannot install module
Please help me, I have downloaded the free modules in here. And many modules cannot be installed, how do I solve this problem? because this is my first time installing Una, and just trying it. Thank you for those who have answered and stay healthy 🙏

Hi, You download modules through Studio-Apps Market? when you click on module installation so what does it write to you? If you upload via FTP you must have modules in folders such as BOONEX, AQB, etc.

I installed Una on Softaculous via hosting. And I have downloaded the free module from the Market. However, some modules, such as discussions, cannot be installed. And there is no error information. Please help. Because I am a beginner using UNA CMS.

The version I use is UNA version 13.0.0 Release Date : 05-22-2023

update to 13.1.0-B1
developer - update channel - beta - save.... then go to
settings - site settings - enable auto update.... then go to Dashboard and update UNA

OK, I've updated it, and everything is working fine. However, there is 1 module that cannot be installed. The module name is "Complete Profile" with version Publicchat.in • 1.0.1 And I'm using PHP 7.4

If you don't see an update for this Complete Profile module, contact the creator for help...I don't use it..sorry

Ow, sorry... I thought this was a product made by UNA. OK fine I understand it now. OK sir, thank you for the help and information on this problem, even though there is only one module that cannot be installed 🤭

When I want to update a module manually, do I only have to overwrite the existing files?

Upload the update files to the (updates) folder of the given module author.. then you will see the update in the studio, for example from version 1.01 to 1.02

It is strongly recommended to update via the Studio->Apps Market because the update may touch the DB and language files.
