Cannot record video on mobile app

I have two sites on mobile app.

On one of them I am able to record video on timeline or posts, and with the system pops up a request to access the mobile microphone. (first image below)

The second site, where I cannot record, that option of accessing the mobile camera and microphone does not occur. (second image below)

Any help?

The video issue was resolved. It was related to the setting of the app on the iphone itself, need to be given access to camera. (not by default).
