The actual error meaage about your trouble is the following:
PHP Fatal error: Unknown action: 'delete any entry' in module 'mz_celebrities'<br />
related code in <b>modules/base/general/classes/BxBaseModGeneralModule.php
So you need to show it to the mod's vendor.
