Changing url?

I installed under beta dot ketchikan dot community to test this over buddyboss and decided to ditch BB. I changed the url and path in "/public_html/inc/header.inc.php" however pages other than the homepage and the admin panel do not work.

I reinstalled. Leaving this for someone to maybe answer and then it will be here for someone to find.

The described situation looks like when the UNA root .htaccess file is missing.

Yeah I realized that was likely my issue after. lol Ohh well. THanks
