Cities Drop down list after Selecting concerned Country
Is it available? Cities Dropdown list after Selecting a concerned Country by the user. Such that if we select a country from the dropdown list, then the next list should be of the cities for selection from that country only?

By default, this is not available. If you will register the Google API key and install it then the field "Location" will work in a similar way.

moreover, can registration be be in steps to give the user option to fill all required fields while registering? as per platforms requirement

Yes, you can add the Country and City fields on the "Add Profile" form. But the way of their dependency which you described will require a Javascript mod.
