Concerns - UNA team vs Unresolved Issues raised by the community

For the first time which is long overdue, am I going commercial meaning charging for certain subscriptions?

When going open-source comes with some risks involved and one of them is support tickets and the priority it gets. My experience being with unacms so far has proven its 24/7 involvement concluding a very active support system, however, I can not say for sure given the model currently used, and that is that issues raised are not directly assigned, but I can add that this does not mean bad at all. The community at large can contribute and therefor supper fast-track the resolve and turn-around time. Support tickets, well in our scenario, forum entries are being handled under maintenance to capture information as things happens and therefor do we see constant and automatic updates, a good and excellent method to address tickets in general. To add, improvements or enhancements to keep up with industry standards are covered at the same time.

The gap in the above statement: Sometimes we raise issues with the hope they get resolved, and if not.. who cares? while it might appear to our site visitors or clients as if we don't know how to fix glitches, resulting in disengagement, etc.

This being said, I do have a concern still. When I take money from clients, I owe them a service in return... unacms owes me nothing and they are innocent should things go wrong. To be calculated, they are the reason why I am where I am today and have saved me thousands.

I just wish to raise this concern under feedback. As a distributed community can we truly experience a virtual world in the true sense of the word called metaverse. I am going live for the very first time and only because I wish to charge... my site has been there all along but not really that active, so I was bluffing to put it that way.

My niche is local communities and I am very involved with uplifting the moral and harsh conditions our youth must grow up in, among other things. I am very poor and have been living and working almost 24/7 on my project, I deserve a break now and must make a living from it. This put me on the map of becoming a service-delivering entity, really with the hope I have unacms covering my back.

There was a recent post addressing the unasmc business model moving forward, but my feedback is something I think many of the unacms community can relate to, as for unacms, this is what you can keep in mind for it covers a greater percentage of our community members' experiences and thad sure given the magnitude of change in your model, that when do make changes, they are for the best, and also to put you once more in the number spot worldwide.
