Content Modules Menu
Is the Content Modules Menu a module or a block? Reason why I'm asking is because I want to have a custom one done. If it's a module I want extra features added. If it's just a block then I would like a custom block made.

It is the system block which was originally declared in the template/scipts/BxBaseMenuHomepage.php file. If you want to add smth more then you may redeclare it in the BxTemplMenuHomepage.php file of your template. For example, the Protean template has this file in modules\boonex\protean\data\template\system\scripts\ folder.
