created a hashtag in videos app, but it didn't create channel

I created a hashtag in videos app, but it didn't create a channel it is sending me to searchKeyword.php, when I click the hashtag. I need to have searchKeyword disabled, so please force all hashtags to create or join channels.

Also, please add "potential bug" category to discussions.
