Credits to spend on multiple sites?

Is there a way to make it so a person can buy credits and spend them across different UNA sites? Somehow maybe with UNA connect app?

Unless you own all the multiple sites or have an arrangement with the other owners this would be impossible.

Yes. I own the sites. I'm thinking like a main account for the purchase and they can spend on a network of sites.

No, the UNA connect module transfers only the account / profile info only, not the profile content.
