CSS: Overflow gradient

Ok. I am looking for the white gradient used to mark overflow on left an right side of scrollable divs.

So that long white stripe down that screenshot. Where can I change it? I can't find it!

Also, just found out drag image resize handles don't work on mobile.

Here is the fix for image resize in quill on mobile.
Copy to public_plugins/quill/image-resize.min.js

@LeonidS my friend, that should be added to UNA git. It fixes mobile resize image in quill. ☺

Thank you @LeonidS ! Not sure why every time I inspect that element it sends me to the wrong CSS file. I'm going to work on that tonight.
