Dashboard Manage Comments

Trying to access the Manage Comments section in Dashboard I get the above. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?

Hello george1 !
It looks like Comments part tries to request the non-existing app. Please specify when did you get this situation in Dashboard: during the first load or choosing some module there?

I'm getting this error since I upgraded to 12. It always shows up after pressing the Manage Comments button and there are no comments in the table.
