Date and time language string

Sorry, I'm not Russian 😂 . What I meant, the language files was originally Russian.

The date was not showing correctly. It displays boxes instead of number or text.

I tried setting as per your suggestion. Still not successful.

If you want to set the English format for the date and time, then this should work, because these are the default settings.

But there may be other reasons, such as encoding. If this does not help, you need to look in place.
