design consistency when max limits reached

When clicking on the person's "Profile" nav item it shows a different design than when clicking on the person's "Albums" nav item. This happens when the viewer exceeds the "view" permissions limit from permission app. It should all be like the Private Profile template under the "Profile" nav item.

For example, it says "Private Profile" under the "Profile" nav item and it says ""Error" under the "Info" nav item. These are two different texts in reference to the same thing.
