Error after installation of "Facebook connect" or "Twitter connect"

Such error appeared after installation of "Facebook connect":

Do you have the mentioned file by the provided path? If yes, then you need to have the include_path parameter's value like include_path=''. Ask your hosting support about it.

I have not even folder "connect" in folder "base"

That's strange because it is included in the base package of 13 RCx. YOu may re-install UNA or take this folder here https://github.com/unaio/una/tree/master/modules/base
