Error of Audit Module

When i click the "audit" module in Studio I got the error below. Earlier, shortly after setting up UNA, I was able to access it, but not any more. Any help?

which version you using? if una13 beta, i have the same problem, that is a bug, should fixed with next update.

As usual, we need to see the latest lines in the server's error log to check the reason of error 500.

Commonly, every CPanel access has a special section like "logs". You need to check there "error log" there. Or in the root of your UNA folder exists the file with the name like error_log. If it has the actual time of update - then you may open it and provide the last lines from there to check what was wrong.
