Few Questions regarding Locations Map

I have few questions regarding the Locations Map.

  1. If I have a custom form that has locations field, will the Locations Map be able to display those too ?
  2. Does it allow showing only Upcoming events / Future events / Past events ? Any way for the user to see events on a particular date ?
  3. Is the payment for the life time including upgrades ? Or we have to pay for future versions ?
