Font in "conversation block" is too large
When the conversation note is entered in the "new conversation" module (blue arrow in image 1), the default font size is "Normal" but when it shows up in the "conversation block, red arrow in image 1" the font is too big (red cycle in Image 2)

It can be changed with the following code in your template mix's custom styles area:
.bx-cnv-preview .bx-cnv-title {
font-size: 2.5rem;
}
