If you remove a member from the group's member list as shown, another member will also be removed

Yes, it seems we have a similar issue https://github.com/unacms/una/issues/4629 BTW - could you plz specify your OS and browser?

browser > Firefox, Chrome
The "Administrator" role setting also doesn't seem to work.
