Having trouble with installing the software.

Hi. I cant get the ffmpeg look error to go away. Its set to 655 and the folder itself is set to 777 but still no luck

In my experience, the usual reason for this trouble - is some limitation on the hosting side. Try to ask your hosting support about it.

Which part of the hosting as I can configure it myself if know which aspect or file.

I use one called host maria cloud. Not very well known and located in the UK. They actually have a one click install version of UNA which i tried but it was very old. What’s easier? Updating the one click install or uploading a new theme. The server is undergoing maintenance right now so i cant access the php information but it has everything you would require. Which version should it be at?
