How to enable Relationships

Hey, I'm running two UNA installtions (both 14.0.0) both are running fine, but there is a difference:

On one the members can add a relationship like Brother/Sister, Mother/Father and so on. And this can also be shown in the profile page:

On the other page it is not shown. Is there anything I must enable or change (db or file) to enable this feature?

The only difference between these installations is that the first where it is working was installed as a version 13 and then upgraded and the other installed as a v14. They are both running on the same server (incl. configuration), database and so on.
