How to put stripe checkout button in notification emails based on membership level?

How do I put a stripe checkout button in notification emails and all other emails for people to upgrade their membership? Only the people who I want to upgrade will see the button or pricing chart in the email.

For example, standard members will see a button like "Get premium..." in a pricing chart. When the standard member clicks the button, it takes them directly to the stripe checkout page, not to the UNA site's page. Like direct checkout from email.

Premium members will get the same email, but they won't see the pricing chart to upgrade because they are already part of that membership level.
