Idea. How to put an option to search for content by privacy group?

I have an idea. I added a field option to allow people to search by privacy type such as closed, secret, etc, but the problem is they need to choose the field option manually when they create the group as well as choosing that actual visibility option. Is there a way for me to do this to where this search option appears on the search form, without the person manually selecting it when they create the group? So if it is closed, it will automatically be included when the person searches for closed groups. Do you know what I'm trying to say? Then I can do this for everything on the site.

Also, put a search option to choose between "requires join confirmation" and "does not require confirmation.
